MARGALEF sell the bike, AWAY FROM STUPIDITY

Tano, David and I arrived at Margalef on Monday night. We already knew of the bullshit in the Guijo committed and are confident that there will not affect us any virus related to human stupidity. Anyway, just a sore throat for me, this has not prevented you enjoyed what I like to do, climb. I hope this, enjoy what I enjoy doing, do not bother anyone and come to my house, my work or my parents or friends to cause trouble. After four nights beginning sausage (just ate something different and was 1.2 kg. Of beans for three) I came home motivated, because it motivates Margalef, but scale with colleagues, even more motivation. That great you are, cabronesssss. fotucas Here some of the Ache in Margalef.

MOTIVATION

In recent months I have been looking for something to motivate me to keep climbing, I knew it was. Something was missing as a climber and perhaps as an athlete. Failure to achieve goals is always frustrating. The mistake is to set goals that can point you to accomplish or may not. Find something that motivates me. Search. Without realizing the source of motivation was very close. So close I play every day and every night ... Mara with his nature, his courage and his will has restored my motivation. She is achieving objectives while having fun and having fun. Essential. Now that's what motivates me.

Purchase Roller Skates Houston

turns out that my work environment is not very nice to say that management and the Company does not practice what they preach, but there are a few reasons why I'm there:
- I have a good compensation has saved me what I need for Canada
- Co-workers in my group are very nice and there is good spirit of camaraderie.

of rest in the company there are many things I dislike:
- must be very "friends" of the above for you to be well regarded and have the option of professional advancement, it's worth noting the professionalism
- Being a "friend" a superior means to walk in a constant "Handle"
- If you need "something" from another work area must also have friends in that area to get things done on time, which is not easy if one of the characteristics Your job is the time pressure.
- The HR department has the mentality of the workers are "pockets" because it says give many benefits to employees, but benefits are "blinded" as to tell you take a "summer Friday" in August, but I'll deduct from your rental.
- If you think unlike your boss, you are ugly

is true that many of these things are seen in many companies, but in my opinion, this is much more marked and all together.

The thing is I know how it was here when it comes and I decided to take up the challenge, especially for our plans.

One of the supervisors decided to follow me on Twitter and that I have references to the blog and our desire to migrate to Canada, and is something that although it is not my intention to have a secret, do not want it to be disseminated in the workplace.

That's the dilemma ...

While I do not want to leave the blog "restricted" does not wish to work are sniffing "my life outside of work." So, how to continue with this blog "without restrictions" no one in the office is "snooping" around here? Meanwhile

I have it restricted and only those invited may enter.

Suggestions?

What Are Some Good Werewolf Names

10 Things ... (2)

Building, I will put things that I think the less I will like to go to Canada, but I'm willing to deal with such leave.

10 .- Do not have close family and spend as much time between that time and look again. (Fortunately now have the Internet and Skype:)

...y the truth is that I have time thinking and I can not think of anything else. I think that's a good sign.

Tommy Hilfiger Winnipegwallets For Women On Sale

10 things ... (1) Alternative

I think I'll join the trend to mention the 10 things ....

I have read several blogs and commenting on the 10 things they like about Canada or 10 things that do not like. Sometimes they are under 10, but I'll try, just do not talk about Canada or Venezuela, but of the top 10 things I like to go to Canada:

By the way, are not in order of preference

10 .- that the chances that you move the floor is lower (shakes a lot lately in Caracas)

9 .- What can you eat salmon all the time

8 .- What can you cross the street when you play without the fear that you will pass over the car.

7 .- The 4 Seasons (yes, to me if I would have 4 seasons instead of 2, so what?!)

6 .- That you feel the same cultural diversity in Venezuela (at least the impression I got when we were there)

5 .- you can use your Blackberry / iPhone / netbook in the street without fear that it will start a motor. Can also be interpreted as not going to feel the fear that a motorized touch your car window in a queue for you to give up everything you have.

4 .- Speaking of scooters, they have to use a channel like cars and not a plague / pest and here in Caracas. In other words, you can change channels without fear and take a motor down the middle.

3 .- We can go anytime to the street and have a relatively high security that is not going to pass anything wrong

2 .- The lack of anarchy on the streets. Or what is the same, that people respect the rules / regulations / laws.

1 .- That you use public transportation (bus / taxi / subway) without fear of being assaulted in any route at any time of day.

New Snowboard Wax Before

Nory and I have been talking about ways to go to Canada.

One that we considered was going to do an English course or French to help us to improve the language and be making contacts to find work.

also think about going to study a postgraduate course, which would allow us to spend more time there and make more contacts and even get part-time job.

I've thought of putting my "Resume" on websites like Workopolis job, but I really do not see it as an alternative if you do not have a work visa.

All this while continuing the normal process in which we have almost 2 years.

But we came a couple of doubts and fears:

- What if we let our work here to go to study in Canada and at the end of the period we must return this "chaos" that want to escape?

- What if (or God forbid) mietras bounce we're beyond the immigration process as Skilled Workers?

- Or how about if for be studying and have a student visa does not allow us to continue with the process as Skilled Workers?

These are the fears that come to us. Nory especially afraid of "having to go back." I also (I am terrified), but sometimes I think more positive and I am more given to arrriesgarme to get things I crave. Ojala

accelerate the process and no longer have to break your coconut considering "alternatives."

I would like to hear your opinions

South Park Le Film Streaming

At home

When visiting other blogs about Canada I often get photos of places we were on vacation we spent in Toronto and that brings me many memories.

Occasionally I also get into Google Earth and "walk" virtually on the streets of Toronto, looking at the pictures people post and longing to be there.

Sometimes I hit the despair and anguish, as when I wrote the previous post, but then like everything is quiet and landed back down on the floor and regain calm and patience.

quiet nights But like today, "travel" through the streets of Toronto with the hope that our immigration process accelerate and to realize the long-awaited trip.

Meanwhile, patience ...

Oh, and why "at home"? Because I have the advantage of having known that city and to "walk" with Google Earth I feel like I was in my house. Sometimes I think that when we come to Toronto we go anywhere as if we had lived there for a very long time:)

Can I Eat Ragu White Lasgna Sauce When Pregnant?

That anguish ... Music

This reminds me of Lazaro Candal: "That anxiety, that nerves that despair

I was more or less assured that the return we receive to deliver the application at the Embassy of Canada in January 2008 said that would contact us in about 24 to 30 months and had spent only 19, but today I read mequieroir.com forum that someone had applied the same date as us and in October 2008 he requested the media.

I'm super-worried by this post I read on this forum!!

Every day I ask God to help us accelerate the process because the anxiety is killing us. Chucho

Builder and MOORS WAY IN HOYA 2009

The concentration of the club this year turned out like every year: great. Many people in Hoyamoros bouldering, alpine routes, and having fun. This year lacked some common as Fafa, Rocio, Mara, Garrote, Laura, Fred or Dudu, but people of no dogma, Avila, Jorge, Olga, Kiko, the plantains, Garamond, Victor, Albert, Noel, my cousins in Madrid including Santi, the missing Toño "Methuselah", Igor, Peter Piri and Santi, the cuckoo and the teacher they gave everything in the local granite. There

Featured chain but I want to highlight the route that I climbed with Javi: Piluchi + Placentinos (MD 6c + / A1 - by what the plates are far away from each other and have to throw something other than A0 - Piluchi 6c + Placentinos 6a + / 6b both equipped)
Hoyamoros
As always we are on the road without much thought and it cost us find the entrance. The first buttress could climb, but the track starts in a giant shelf.

The piluchi highlights from afar by the color white which turns to green for his only 55 meters long. Technical steps of chickpeas and some strips interantes adhesions. While you can leave without problems on top, not to give better estési versed in film. After the festival, singing small, a little long (just 8 meters) leaves us heading toward the Placentinos. Via Placentinos

to the bow (the 6th inf MD +) is one of the best around Hoyamoros, with an impressive atmosphere. Javi is the gigs and enjoyed as a child. The best steps, crossing from right to left marks you with your feet on the ridge where the plate is crashing.

The combination of both routes may be the very best from around Hoyamoros.

Pelicula Monica Roccaforte Priest

was reading the post of Maria Soledad Market Days and coincidentally the last weekend Nory and I were in the Nuevo Mercado Libre de Chacao.

nothing to do with the photos showing Maria Soledad in his post, but not to clutter the market total anarchic classics Venezuela.

This reminded me visit our flash (so fast) the St. Lawrence Market and the delight we get there for the breakfast, hummmmmmmmm !!!!!

This is a little neater than traditional free markets of Venezuela)

I remember when my child what has happened to me Maria Soledad of not wanting to go to market with my parents for the tails, the mess and dirt he had frequently in these sites. But a couple of weeks ago I read in a magazine of the new public market in Chacao and this weekend we went to buy vegetables ventured there, although we have a little far.

Basically we ventured there for two reasons. First, because after we vaje to Cancun with a few extra pounds and needed to eat healthy. And second, because when a market was cheaper than buying at the supermarket and read the magazine, this looked much more secure. Well, also out of curiosity ...

What really struck me as "chimbo" was the parking lot. It is best to stand in San Ignacio and walk a couple blocks away. But nothing is perfect. Chucho

How To Make Model Of Navigation Locks

Cancun! Yaaaaaa

One of the reasons why these parts were missing was because we hold for a week on vacation ...
... in Cancun!

Yuuupiiii!! We enjoyed

muchisisismo. The weather was totally benevolent to us. And that's the day we arrived we got a scare because the sky was all black and cloudy afternoon and the driver who took us from the airport told us that he had been well the previous day and step into the lobby of the hotel were a weather forcast for the next 4 days and cloudy and stormy forecast (

But nothing to do, were super-sunny and warm, just to enjoy the small beach, pool, landscape and everything!

We bought a package of 3 nights and 4 days, but when we got there we realized it was little I made arrangements to stay a couple of days. and earned off completely, just hurt that we had that week off because we were safe but three days;)

We quedmos in the Hotel Zone and (believe it or not) had no chance to know Cancun the city or going places like Isla Mujeres or Cozumel.

But we lost Xcaret and Chichen Itza for the world!

People are super friendly and super safe area. To tell you the same hotel we were advised we could take the buses that went across the street to go to the disco area and return at any time on the same bus. And so did the first day, we took a bus about 11 pm to the area of the nightclub ( to know, we had intended to enter into any doctor) and we went back after touring the hotel and another at 1 am. All without any problems.

I recommend it for real. Whether Relax and go and stay all day in the hotel, with attractions including hotels have all day, or to be released around or do like us, a mix of stay for a few days hotel and other out to see places.

But for all the world is going to miss a trip to Chichen Itza. It is considered one of the new 7 Wonders of the World. If you have a chance, hire a tour guide. If like us (hopefully) better, as the guide was studying the history of the Maya and rejoiced explaining the whole story, and was thrilled when we asked him something more of Maya history.

particuarmente I was amazed with this puebo Engineering, which over a thousand years and could produce wonders as Pyramid of Kukulcan. Not only by the magnificence of the size of this pyramid, but the full implications of its architecture (location, orientation, acoustics, etc.).

If you have a chance, check on the network on the pyramid and the architecture of the monuments Mayas in the area.

And if you have more chance, go! Here is

a photic ...
